Three simple steps

Nothing for guests to learn.

The best wedding tool is the one people actually use. GuestMemoir keeps the interaction deliberately short.

01

Display the QR

Put the QR on tables, at the entrance or beside the guest book.

02

Guests upload

They scan, choose the photos on their phone and upload. No app. No account.

03

Keep the memories

Everything lands in the couple’s PIN-protected album, ready to browse and download.

Designed for real events

Simple outside. Thoughtful underneath.

QR

One scan

Guests arrive at the correct event page immediately. Future QR links can be rotated if a link is shared too widely.

Wedding-day resilience

Photos are prepared for mobile upload, retried on weak connections and duplicates are detected before filling the album.

Private by default

The couple’s gallery is PIN protected. Guest viewing is optional and controlled per event.

Fast albums

Optimised thumbnails make large galleries feel quick without exposing the storage bucket publicly.

Actually manageable

Favourite the best moments, move mistakes to Trash, restore them, and download the collection after the event.

A4

Ready to print

Every event gets a clean printable QR sign, so setup does not require designing another Canva card from scratch.

Common questions

Built to stay out of the way.

Do guests need to install anything?

No. The QR opens a normal web page and guests upload from their browser.

Can everyone see the photos?

Not unless the event owner turns on the optional guest gallery. The couple album is protected by a separate PIN.

What happens on a weak connection?

GuestMemoir retries failed uploads and keeps clear per-photo status so guests know what actually made it through.

Can the couple remove a bad photo?

Yes. Photos go to Trash first instead of disappearing instantly, which protects against accidental deletion.
